Matt Black vinyl Wrap Kit for BMW R1200 GS ADVENTURE ALUMINIUM Panniers, suitable only for2018 - 2023 (Liquid Cooled models only).
10 individual sheets and 2 test pieces supplied with each kit to protect every panel of 2 panniers. This kit does not include a wrap kit for the matching Top Box, we sell this separately.
Pre-cut to fit each panel.
Supplied with instruction guide and application hints.
These kits are cut to allow a small (2mm) gap between each panel to allow for ease of application (no butting together of individual pieces required).
The kits are designed to be applied using the wet method of application, thoroughly clean the surface, spray the surface with a mild soap & water solution, apply the vinyl and squeegee out the water, for application you will need; a clear and clean workspace, a hand held spray bottle, a rubber squeegee or similar to smooth the vinyl and a little patience. You need to be reasonably confident and accomplished at applying vinyl decals to apply this kit. Supplied on a continuous roll of vinyl, all pieces are pre-cut and can be peeled from the roll individually. Kits are packaged and sent in a cardboard poster tube to protect the contents. NOTE; Suitable only for later model 2014 onward to 2018 Liquid Cooled Aluminium panniers, these kits will not fit earlier models, we list a kit for earlier air cooled (up to 2013) models elsewhere in our shop.

Received the kit early this week and I was itching to get the panniers done, spent the morning cleaning them before applying the kit. Once cleaned and up to room temp I applied the kit and it's easy, just soapy water, a hairdryer and squeegee and a little patience is all you need. The look when finished was spot on and fits the bikes image, the matt black finish is excellent and looks durable. Would I recommend this kit to anyone?..........damn right I would !!!!!
