Shipping & Returns



We ship on average 3 times per week,we anticipate shipping orders within 3-5 days on stock items, this may be a little longer 7-10 days for slow selling items as we may not hold these in stock.

We will send a further email confirmation when your order has been despatched by us.

In the event an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of a new delivery date, or suggest an alternative product where applicable.

Delivery is then dependent on destination of order and whilst we can provide estimates of shipping based on experience we cannot control nor guarantee delivery times.

Delivery is during normal working hours and due to the slim-line packaging we use your goods can usually go straight through your letterbox, with the exception of our wrap kits which are always sent in a card poster tube with sealed ends, these will NOT fit through a standard letter box and will require someone to receive them.

We use Royal Mail services for despatching your goods and the post and packing fees cover 1st class (and/or) signed for (recorded mail). We only use the best packing materials, tubes, padded envelopes etc.

Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customers additional expense.

If you ordering from overseas i.e. outside Europe consider adding the "International Signed For" shipping option even if you qualify for Free shipping consider adding this as it is often a faster and more reliable shipping service and has the benefit of being covered by insurance and is of course trackable and will require a signature at the point of delivery.

How do I return an item?

  1. Items can only be returned if you have first made contact with us and received a Humvee Graphics returns code.
  2. If the item has been recently received and is returned for credit, then please return it in the original packaging or you may incur a repackaging charge.
  3. Items should be inspected for damage before any installation takes place. Damaged items must be reported to us by email within 24hrs of receipt.
  4. We will only refund your postage costs if we have made a mistake in your order or the supplied goods are defective. 
  5. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% on goods which prove to be non-defective. 
  6. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item, we will only refund postage in the event of the goods being incorrectly supplied by us or defective
